The brand new Saltwater Convention Centre on Queen Street in Busselton is the location of our Official Event Hub. Situated only 200 metres from the white sandy beaches of the Busselton Foreshore and the iconic Busselton Jetty, Saltwater is a truly magnificent venue to introduce your brand to our host of international gravel enthusiasts on Thursday October 8th. Exhibitors will be located in the upstairs mezzanine level, overlooking the GWC Bike Gallery in the Foyer below, and only steps away from Rider Registration, the official Santini Event Merchandise Shop and the official UCI Conference Rooms.
The GWC Bike Gallery: A showcase of the latest gravel bikes alongside some classics from the past. On display in the Foyer adjacent to the Saltwater Art Gallery. Race Village Trade Expo Zone, Nannup
Friday October 9th to Sunday October 11th
Come Friday before race weekend, the gravel roads around Nannup will be buzzing with cyclists from all over the world, and the Race Village will be open for business! The Trade Expo is designed as an outdoor ‘shopping boulevard’ and will be located along Forrest Street, perpendicular to the Start/Finish chute, adjacent to the Recovery Zone and central to the Event Village, ensuring high footfall throughout the event weekend. Twenty-eight sites will be available, with Premium and Standard packages on offer. Don’t miss this opportunity to place your brand in front of the largest gravel cycling audience that Australia has ever seen.
